We’re here to serve fans of proper artisan smoked seafood and more. It’s been quite a ride since we first fired up the chimneys in 2014. One aspect though has never changed. The craft is everything.
 
We only ever smoke in small batches. That’s our style. So you won’t find us in the supermarkets, but it means we’ve picked up many awards on our journey including Great Taste’s ultimate three stars.
